You don’t accept my insurance, can we still meet?
Absolutely, we accept private pay and sliding scale. An invoice can be provided for you to share with your out of network insurance provider weekly or monthly based on your preference. If you currently have insurance and we are not in network we can assist you in utilizing your out of network benefits.
Do you meet in person?
Currently, all sessions and services are conducted virtually though telehealth. If you are located in Connecticut and have a device that can be used for a video call we can meet!

What do I need?
A safe, private and quiet place to meet for a telehealth video call. No downloads are needed for your video session. You will receive a personalized room link to be used for recurring sessions. Our platform is encrypted and meets HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements.
What if I don’t have art materials?
A list of helpful materials will be provided for all new clients. If you do not have materials, thats okay! We hope to provide art materials for those without access.
